Terms & Conditions

  • A limited number of tickets priced at $1,149 NZD per person, including GST, will be available from Invivoair.com on Thursday 15 December (UK/EST) and Friday 16 December (NZT)*.
  • The price per ticket includes a return trip from Auckland to Queenstown on Invivo Air, one night stay at The Hilton Queenstown, a vineyard visit, winemakers’ dinner with wine matches, and all meals including lunch and breakfast and transport whilst on the itinerary. A full itinerary will be shared with all ticket holders no less than two weeks before the Invivo Air experience.
  • All ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older.
  • Tickets will be provided in physical and email form to purchasers.
  • No existing invivowines.com discount codes or other Invivo discounts can be applied to ticket sales. All tickets will be purchased at full retail value.
  • Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • Postponements: In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting Invivo at least 14 days prior to the postponed event date. In the event we authorise ticket refunds for a postponed event, they will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.
  • Refunds: In certain circumstances, at their discretion, Invivo will allow cancellations and provide a full refund up to 14 days prior to the event. Ticket purchasers must contact Invivo if they wish to cancel their booking on Invivo Air.
  • Transfers: Invivo Air tickets may be transferred to another person/s at the discretion of Invivo. Please contact Invivo to coordinate a transfer.
  • Invivo reserves the right to change the event itinerary without notice.
  • By buying a ticket for any Invivo Air experience, you are also giving permission to Invivo to use your photograph, video images and name for promotional and similar purposes pertaining to Invivo. Invivo shall be the exclusive owner of all photographs, video images and text, including the copyright therein, and I acknowledge that I am not entitled to payment or any other compensation for the use of such material.
  • You (and any ticket holder using a ticket purchased by you) agree to comply with:
    • all New Zealand Government mandates regarding events, mass gatherings and the use of vaccine certificates (if any); and
    • all Invivo’s Terms, including any terms relating to vaccination requirements and/or vaccine certificates.
    • all Air Chatham’s terms, including any terms relating to vaccination requirements and/or vaccine certificates.
  • Full details on baggage allowance and restrictions, as well as check-in and identity requirements required for Invivo Air will be provided via email prior to the experience.
  • All Invivo Air passengers must comply with any instructions given by the flight crew and Invivo staff throughout the experience.
  • Invivo Air and/or our experience partners may at any point refuse carriage or services at our discretion, if any passenger may be at risk of putting themselves or others in harm’s way, including due to any impairment from drugs and/or alcohol.
  • Consumption of Alcohol Onboard Invivo Air: Regulations concerning alcohol on board a flight are authorised by the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004 and specifically for intoxicated persons under Section 65I.
  • The Pilot in Command of the flight will determine any course of action to be taken including restraint of unruly passengers and arranging for police to meet the aircraft on landing. An offence has been committed under the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004 should a person fail to comply with any command given by the Pilot in Command and may be fined up to NZ$5000 per incident (www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/2004/0008/latest/DLM239442.html )
  • Invivo’s liability is limited to what is outlined within these terms and conditions and we recommend that passengers purchase personal and baggage insurance, which may cover changes in travel plans, flight cancellations, unforeseen medical and hospital expenses, damage to baggage, delay, or loss, missed flight connections, personal injury and death and any other additional expenses.
